One of our ASP® accredited home stagers will help you maximize your home’s showing potential to sell more quickly and for top dollar.

HOW WE WORK

1. An ASP (Accredited Staging Professionals) will conduct a 1-hour walk through onsite, assessing the best features of the home and offering tips to maximize the home’s appeal to a wide range of potential buyers. Your ASP will then compile recommendations, composing an individualized Detailed Home Report offsite.

2. You will receive your individualized Detailed Home Report complete with all the staging recommendations to get you staged to sell within 48-hours from the consultation.

3. In addition, receive a proposal for hands on staging services and/or inventory rental, if needed.

4. Your ASP will help prioritize staging recommendations as needed, and offer current staging stats including market research on why Staging is important in today's market.
